Interfaces for interoperability

The development of standardized APIs (application programming interfaces) is a key aspect of ensuring interoperability between the various QKD systems and existing ICT infrastructures. These interfaces enable QKD modules to be seamlessly integrated into existing network management systems and applications. We are developing APIs that standardize the exchange of quantum keys, monitoring of system status, and configuration of QKD parameters. This is a crucial step toward increasing the scalability and flexibility of quantum communication networks and facilitating the development of new applications.
